Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the site www.reflets-dor.com at the time the customer initially places or modifies a payment will govern the order in question.
Products availability
If not stated otherwise, all products displayed are available. However, if one or several products are exceptionaly unavailable we guarantee that during a period of 15 working days after your order has been placed, we will either suggest an other product of similar kind and price or refund your payment by bank transfer or inernational bank order. Displayed products unavailability beeing a rare occurence, possible solutions for a given situation will be discussed over mails to find an agreement that is most convenient for you. In case of one or several product(s) not available, first we'll send you an email explaining the situation. Then, the rest of the order will be delivered to you, within an informative message which explains what is possible to do concerning the missing product(s).
Prices
The prices indicated in euros are net prices, including taxes, except for the transport costs. They may change at any time without prior notice. The prices indicated when the order is placed, will not be modified after its recording. The addressee is liable for the possible customs charges or the local taxes.

Respect of laws
We cannot be held responsible for any law violating uses of our products in the country of delivery. It is your responsability to make sure you are allowed to import and use the products you would like to order by checking with the local authorities.
Shipping and delivery terms
We cannot be liable for any delay in delivery from transporter. Please note that the delivery periods are estimations. Hence delivery periods of products is based on the longest possible time of delivery.

Transport
We are responsable for loss or damage of ordered products, providing customer has refused the products at the time of delivery or has sufficiently specified on the delivery ticket that the carrier has damaged the product.
Complaint and after-sells service
All complaint about product's defect, incorrect reference or wrong quantity can be posted on the page Contact Us. You have to precise your name, your surname, and order's references.
